Section 01

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 1777dat website and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("the Player" or "you") confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1777dat ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered through 1777dat, including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, bonus programmes, promotional campaigns, customer support interactions, and all payment transactions processed through the Platform.

1777dat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to players. The most current version of these terms will always be available on this page. The date shown at the top of this page ("Last Updated") reflects when the most recent revision was made. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2.Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 1777dat Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older. This is a strict minimum. There are no exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity in connection with your use of the Platform.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of 1777dat, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 1777dat or any affiliated platform, or had an account permanently closed for breach of these terms.

1777dat reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a National ID card, passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised government authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and, where applicable, the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Players who knowingly provide false information to circumvent age or identity requirements are in material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may be subject to legal action in addition to permanent account closure.

3.Account Registration & Management

To access the full range of services offered by 1777dat — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and payment services — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

One account per player: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 1777dat Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 1777dat reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any balances, and permanently ban the player from the Platform without compensation.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 1777dat immediately by contacting [email protected]. 1777dat will never contact you by email, chat, or phone to request your password.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 1777dat account that is not reused on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings for additional protection.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify 1777dat support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keep your registered email address and mobile number current — these are used for identity verification and security alerts.

Account verification (KYC): 1777dat conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. Verification may be triggered at registration, upon reaching defined transaction thresholds, or at any point during your use of the Platform. Required documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name and mobile number).

Account closure: You may request the closure of your 1777dat account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of outstanding wagering requirements on any active bonus funds.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

1777dat supports a range of payment methods specifically selected to serve Bangladesh-based players. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (selected services)

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 1777dat wallet instantly via direct API integration. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. 1777dat does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 1777dat accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions: (a) your account identity verification (KYC) has been successfully completed; (b) no outstanding active bonus wagering requirements apply to the withdrawal amount; and (c) the withdrawal request has been reviewed and approved by the 1777dat payments team, which typically occurs within 24 hours of submission.

Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts on the 1777dat Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Players whose payment methods operate in other currencies may experience conversion rates applied by their payment provider; 1777dat is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or conversion fees applied by third-party payment services.

Anti-money laundering: 1777dat monitors all deposits and withdrawals for compliance with anti-money laundering principles. The Platform must not be used as a financial instrument or for fund transfers unrelated to genuine gaming activity. Any account identified as engaging in suspicious transaction patterns will be suspended pending investigation, and relevant information may be reported to appropriate authorities.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

1777dat offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional rewards are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time each offer is presented to the player.

General bonus principles applicable to all 1777dat promotions:

1. Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
2. All bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
3. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets placed on eligible games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
4. Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms.
5. Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
6. 1777dat reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including by using multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
7. 1777dat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not negatively affect existing bonus balances already credited to players' accounts.

In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail. Players are encouraged to read all promotion-specific terms carefully before opting in to any offer.

6.Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the 1777dat sportsbook and all casino game sessions played on the 1777dat Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the Platform.

Sports betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. 1777dat reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a technical error resulted in the display of incorrect odds. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and may be suspended or restricted without notice during live events. Settlement of bets is based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).

Live casino games: All live dealer games are operated by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Their platform-level rules govern individual game outcomes. 1777dat acts as a distribution partner and is not responsible for technical interruptions originating from the game studio's infrastructure. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the round outcome will be settled based on the game studio's recorded data for that hand or round.

Slots and RNG games: All slot games and RNG-based table games on the 1777dat Platform use certified Random Number Generator technology. Game outcomes are determined at the moment each bet is placed and are entirely independent of previous results. Historical outcome data is not predictive of future results.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before each round.
• 1777dat reserves the right to set player-specific betting limits at any time for responsible gaming purposes.
• Bets placed using bonus funds may be subject to lower maximum bet restrictions as specified in the relevant bonus terms.

1777dat is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the Platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses, or addressing personal financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 1777dat players from within their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour reflection period.
• Session time alerts: Configurable notifications that remind you of elapsed gaming time at intervals you define.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 1777dat Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

1. Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods.
2. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or identity verification at any stage.
3. Sharing your account credentials with any third party, or allowing any other person to access or operate your account.
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
5. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform or in any game for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploiting a known or newly discovered error must be reported and are subject to reversal.
6. Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in live poker or live multiplayer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
7. Using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal operations.
8. Attempting to circumvent, interfere with, or disable any security, fraud detection, or verification system operated by 1777dat.
9. Placing bets with knowledge of information that is not publicly available at the time the bet is placed (match-fixing, insider information).
10. Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic low-risk betting designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.

1777dat reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an active investigation, the relevant account(s) may be temporarily suspended and pending withdrawals may be placed on hold. Investigations will be conducted as expeditiously as possible, and 1777dat will communicate outcomes to the affected player via their registered email address.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the 1777dat Platform — including but not limited to the 1777dat brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, icons, images, software, game interfaces (where provided by 1777dat directly), and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the intellectual property of 1777dat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any portion of the Platform's content in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of 1777dat.
• Modify, translate, adapt, merge, make derivative works of, disassemble, decompile, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.
• Use the 1777dat brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any advertising, promotional material, or public-facing context without explicit written authorisation.
• Frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate any part of the Platform into any other website or application without prior written consent.

Game content provided through third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. Use of such content is governed by the terms of the applicable studio licences.

Section 10

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1777dat, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses arising from sports betting, casino games, or any other wagering activity.
• Temporary or permanent interruption of the Platform's availability due to technical issues, maintenance, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Platform's content, including but not limited to odds displayed on the sportsbook.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for any purpose beyond entertainment.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 1777dat makes every reasonable effort to maintain Platform availability and accuracy, no warranty — express or implied — is made regarding the uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free nature of the Platform or any of its components.

Section 11

11.Amendments & Termination

1777dat reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — 1777dat will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to registered players. For non-material amendments (such as clarifications, corrections, or formatting changes), the updated terms take effect immediately upon publication without individual notice.

1777dat may suspend or terminate a player's account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 8.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity connected to the player's account.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement that necessitates the suspension or closure of specific accounts.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Balances attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from breaches of these terms will not be returned.

Players who believe their account has been suspended or closed in error are entitled to submit a formal dispute to the 1777dat support team at [email protected]. All disputes will be reviewed within 5 business days and responded to via the player's registered email address.

Section 12

12.Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the 1777dat Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1777dat is incorporated and licensed as an offshore gaming operator. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.

Dispute resolution process: In the event of a dispute between you and 1777dat regarding any aspect of your account, a transaction, a bet settlement, a bonus award, or any other matter, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue, including your account username, the date and amount of the transaction or bet in question, and a clear description of the nature of the dispute.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: The 1777dat disputes team will acknowledge your submission within 48 hours and conduct a full internal review. A formal written response will be issued within 10 business days of the acknowledgement.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may request escalation to a senior review panel. The senior panel's decision will be issued within a further 10 business days and will represent 1777dat's final position on the matter.

Players agree that they will not initiate any legal proceedings, public complaints, or chargebacks related to a disputed matter until the full internal dispute resolution process outlined above has been completed. Chargebacks initiated without prior engagement with the 1777dat disputes process may be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
